Hi, so I had a battery connected to my c3 board, I decided to check battery’s voltage with multimeter and accidentally shorted + and - battery pads with multimeter probe. Now my board is unresponsive, no indication, when type-c is plugged in, it doesn’t appear as device when connected to pc. Any change I can resurrect my board?

OUCH!, They don’t like that reverse current for sure. Try the hold the boot button down while plugging in the USB , see if that does anything. May be cooked if not.
