Sensecraft alternative for Linux. XIAO ESP32C

I have purchased GRove Vision 2 but when I use Sensecraft web UI it does not give a camera preview or start inference. It takes a minute to flash the model etc but when it finishes nothing happens.

I also tried to use XIAO ESP32C board and I can interact with the board over serial but the inference example seems to fail. The readme suggests I can only flash models via the web interface? Is there some alternative if the web UI does not work? Has anyone successfully used the grive vision on Linux? In browser or via command line. I have Pi camera 3.

Kind regards,
Liam

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. May I know which is the distribution and version of your Linux and browser?

I will have to follow up with those later as I am using a different machine now that I am not allowed to grant access to my USB ports etc in a browser.

Can you answer this: can I flash the model etc to the device via Arduino IDE or some other means or it is only possible through the browser? According to the browser UI the model was flashed successfully - is there a way to enable logging so I can confirm?

I have verified the camera itself works okay when attached to a Raspberry Pi but it required an OS update. Do you definitely support Pi Camera 3?

Yes. See:
