Sensecap S2120 Status & Data Transmission

Hello, i installed my second S2120 node (Weather Station) though the Helium Network. After the setup process, i see the device with the Status Online, but no data transmission.

If there was a connectivity issue, or an issue with the setup, shouldn’t the device have the status Offline?

Is there a possibility that is going something with the Hotspot that the node is connected to? So, no data transmission happens?

Any idea someone?

Hi, quick question for you - i am doing the same, connect S2120 to helium, but the app key on the sticker doesnt look correct, it is to short and that is leading to an error trying to add the device on the helium console, Where did you get the App EUi and App key to use in the set up?
