Hello,
this is my first post so I’d like to introduce myself.
I have a sensecap 2103 sensor and after disconnecting it from the application the led stayed on green and then it turned off. I tried to reset it when it was green but nothing.
A few hours later the led is off and I can’t do anything, I have tried all the button combinations and the led doesn’t turn on and the sensor doesn’t send any kind of information. I can’t connect with the android app either.
Can anyone help me?
