SenseCap S2100 Interval Time

I have a SenseCap s2100 datalogger and followed the user manual to connect to TTN. However, the device does not communicate at the configured set Uplink Interval .

Software version 2.8
Hardware version 1.1

I have factory reset and this still doesn’t help.

Any ideas?

Yes I have followed the guide and the device connects. However, the times between connections are not reliable. Sometimes it works as per the set interval and sometimes there are large time gaps between sending data. Any idea why?
