my SenseCAP M1 is offline for about 5 weeks. I already restarted the device a few times. The Bluetooth light is not working correctly. Do you guys know what the problem could be?

Unlucky, I’ve got a same issue with my sensecap m1.

That problem is usually caused by a corrupted micro SD card. If that is the case, you will need to replace it: https://www.sensecapmx.com/docs/sensecap-m1/m1-troubleshooting/#how-to-flash-a-new-image-to-a-new-micro-sd-card
