Seeeduino V4 blinking L and TX on power-up

I have 2 Seeeduino V4 boards and on both boards on power-up via usb only have the L and TX LED’s blinking alternately as well as the green power light being on.



When only 12V is connected just the L LED blinks



5/3.3V switch is on 5v



Boards are not recognized by Windows device manager



Suggestions would be appreciated

for recognizing by Windows device manager there is requirement that must use usb to connect Seeeduino V4 to computer.

When connecting via usb only, I get the blue and red blinking lights. With only 12V connected, only the blue light flashes.

Problem Solved

Once the board was identified as a Seeeduino V4 board instead of an Uno the red flashing light no longer lit on running the Blink sketch :smiley: . One confusing element was that the (L) LED was blinking blue instead of orange as advised in the Seeeduino documentation.
