Seeeduino v328 not working

Hi!

I have a some seeeduinos that I’m using for a big installation. One of them stopped working. Perhaps has burned out? When I plug it with the USB cable or an external power source, the Power, TX and RX leds turns on and nothing else happens.

Is there a way to restore the seeeduino to factory default? Is there a troubleshooting webpage that I’m missing?

Nop. It just stays with the RX and TX leds on.

I am sorry reply so late.
It seems the USB connector problem, does Seeeduino recognized by your pc?
An USB to Serial device in the device manager.
