Seeeduino - Remote Controlled Car from compuer using RF KIT

Hello!
I would like to make Remote controlled car from my computer pressing key arrows left, right, up, down with this RF kit “2KM Long Range RF link kits w/ encoder and decoder” and with “seeeduino”

Is this possible with this kit? I was reading that only few commands/second can be sent and by holding up arrow to move forward would work (would be like forwar, stop, forward, stop…) … or maybe would it be OK?

In theory it is ok, and not difficult.
Things you may need:

  1. RF kit for remote communication
  2. 2 seeeduino board, one for receiving data from computer and send to RF transmitter, and another for receiving data from RF receiver and control the car.
  3. power and other accessories.
