Seeeduino Cloud Ports Late to be Detected

My Seeeduino Cloud v1.1 board is having problems with port detection. When the board is connected to my computer and the Arduino IDE is open, the network port cannot be detected until I run the Blink sketch. Alternatively, the serial port sometimes cannot be detected at all, and I need to run the blink sketch through the wifi port until it is detected. Why is this happening?

Hello,

Problem like that always happen and it can always be solved after you reboot your PC and reconnect your seeeduino cloud connected to the internet by wire. And you can also login the Console of Router to see what the IP is.
