Seeeduino charging state - CH_READ and OK_READ

About the charging pins CH_READ and OK_READ, the wiki says that:

So is it correct that

  1. CH_READ = 0, OK_READ = 0: impossible state
  2. CH_READ = 0, OK_READ = 1: means that the battery is being charged but has not reached full yet
  3. CH_READ = 1, OK_READ = 0: means that the battery is not being charged because it has reached its full charge
  4. CH_READ = 1, OK_READ = 1: means that the battery is not being charged, and it is not full yet
