Is this supposed to be helpful?
Following the link for nRF52 Boards brings up a page where the second paragraph starts with…
" Since you have downloaded the zip Library, open your Arduino IDE, click on …"
This page never directed me to download any ZIP file…what ZIP file???

And Welcome here…

I think the OP wanted specific BLE info as it relates to Mbed or NON-mbed, reading the whole post I believe YES, it is well intended and is correct to offer it, Now If You were confused mid post that would be normal. Check out the Getting Started WiKi for the Xiao line of MCU’s some info overlaps and some definitely does NOT so heads up there.
If you have a specific question post it up and Lots of smart folks here can Help you.
