Seeed studio W5500 Ethernet Shield for Arduino WITH USB HOST CONTROLLER NOT WORK

seeed studio W5500 Ethernet Shield for Arduino is working by itself
usb host controller (set to int 5 and CS 7 is working by itself

when both are plugged into mega at same time, both board stop working despite no common pin usage/conflicts,

Any help?

Can you tell me more details? For example, does it mean that the program cannot be uploaded or is it something else?

the code hangs - seems either the 2 libs wont co-exist OR the SPI buss conflicts.
