I have a number of iot buttons that will not connect to the app to allow for wlan connection to be established. Several have connected happily but 4 of 12 will not connect.

Does the 4 of 12 can’t connect wifi buttons using the Android or IOS 1-click app?
Could you try to remove the battery, leave it for a while, then install the battery and try again?
In the meantime, please send me the DSN of the four broken buttons.
