Hello,
Is there any possibility of adding SD Card as a Boot Device in the BIOS?
I tried once and it failed I may try a different iso but so far my experience is that the bios is not very flexible. SD would be SLOW. I wanted to install linux on board but so far its been a big waste of time as it wont recognize linux to boot.
Just tried Kali on the SD card and no boot or even show in the boot menu.
So far as for linux it is a big fail other than running live a usb. i have not attempted to attach a SSD or nvme as that was not my intention for this unit. Guess I need to blow more cash for an ssd.
M2 ports, Sata and USB are working fine, yes.
It would be very useful to boot from SD for something like ESXi. Everything is loaded into RAM after boot so we dont’t really care about speed.
Yes, it would be very useful, especially to load and OpenWRT image…
I cant even to get linux to boot off of the EMMc after removing windows.
