I am stuck at the point:
Replace /dev/cu.usbmodem* with the port name in your PC
I do not know which number to tack on to the CLI command…
I am running Windows 10. I even downloaded the Windows SDK developer package which has USBViewer. I have tried many numbers with no success.
The examples shows a Mac CLI and there is 6 digit number attached to usbmodem123456. Where did that number come from?
It was unclear from the example what to replace. I just guessed that the whole “/dev/cu.usbmodem*” was to be replaced by the COMn port. Now it is erasing.
