RN-171 not responding

hi
i have Wifly RN-171, when i uploading wifly_ap from Wifi_Shield-master, i get a problem.

  1. RN 171 not give responding
  2. When i push the reset button, i get a error message from serial monitor.
  3. version of the RN 171 is unclear. sometimes - 1.00 or 4.00
  4. D5 (green) and D1 (Red) fast blinked

what the problem and solution???

Before you upload program to your main board, did you check the two jumpers see whether you have plugged it onto the right place.
