You can find the download link in the datasheet of RFBee, or download them directly from here.
RFBee firmware v1.0: seeedstudio.com/depot/datasheet/RFBEE.rar
And use this to replace the two files of HardwareSerial.c and HardwareSerial.h in your arduino directory,
