I have reimaged my V1.6 reTerminal with the 32 bit Seeedstudio image. Using the screen configuration has locked the display to the orientation I want but the touch screen is locked in portrait mode. I feel this is tied to the auto rotate. How can i restore this?

Given the age of your post, i hope youve already found your answer. I found your post because i was looking for how to change the touch panel orientation.
I found a command to update the matrix through which touch input is processed.
xinput set-prop ‘seeed-tp’ ‘Coordinate Transformation Matrix’ 0 1 0 -1 0 1 0 0 1
