There are no instructions to get the reTerminal DM running with Ubuntu. I’ve attempted using the raspberry pi os patch mentioned in the flashing guide and followed the installing ubuntu instructions for the regular reTerminal, failing both times.

Same issues, did you get any success?
May I know which version of the system you flashed? I recommend flashing Ubuntu Desktop suitable for Raspberry Pi instead of Ubuntu Server.
Using Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 LTR 64Bit.
- It installs OK from Raspberry Pi Imager, and Boots OK from EMMC.
- Once the GUI Install process is completed, it runs OK (A little sluggish) when using an external monitor and keyboard and mouse.
- The NVME Drive is detected, and can ‘dd’ the Emmc storage to the name drive no problems, and runs better. but now trying to get Microphone, Camera, Touch Screen, On Screen Keyboard (Like the one is Sencecraft edge would be great)
- the 4G Modem is detected as it allows me to create an advance network in ubuntu, and it connects and works
what drivers are required for the Camera, Screen, Touch?
I apologize for replying to you so late. I checked with my colleagues and found out that reTerminal DM is not currently adapted for Ubuntu. We apologize for the inconvenience!
