I’ve got the same problem, I flashed my reTerminal DM with Debian version 12 (bookwork), first I tried te 64-bit version and then I followed the drivers update steps shown here:
But it din’t work, then I flashed the bookworm 32-bit version but it didn’t work either, Has any of you have had figured out how to solve this problem?
