Restore arduino bootloader for Seeed XIAO nRF52840 Sense

I have instaled circuit python to test it, and I don’t like it. How can I restore my controller to use it with arduino IDE?

Hi, it’s very simple. Just upload an Arduino program to the BLE to recover it.
