I’m having a similar issue. I was going to start a new post but can’t seem to find where to do that.
I have a respeaker lite and am not able to see it in Windows or Linux. How do I reset to factory to get it to be detected so it can be flashed

Hi there,
WOW, kinda salty no?
So if you hold the reset button down and plug in the usb it may re-innumerate the port for windows to install the correct driver , if not the Zadig is your friend(do it manually). Have you read the Wiki? from you response I’m betting NO.

BTW you need a few reply’s or questions in like threads to gain enough “forum cred” as to NOT appear to be a spammer. a better attitude will improve the speed of responses imo.
Thanks for the response. The issue I’m seeing is not with the S3, but with the XMOS itself. When I plug that port in, nothing is detected in Windows or Linux. lsusb shows nothing new. I do have a second one that works fine.
Is it possible to put the XMOS XU316 in boot mode so it is actually detected to upload the firmware? Can it be programmed with FTDI?
