Respeaker Core V2 network/tty* issue

Dear,



Did anyone notice the following issues after using the Respeaker Core V2 for a while:

  • []/dev/ttyACMx is not visible anymore on Ubuntu, a power cycle does not help
    • [/list]

  • []after powering the Respeaker Core V2 it cannot be reached anymore over SSH after approximately 30 minutes, a power cycle helps
    • [/list]

    Any hint to solve this is appreciated, in particular the /dev/ttyACMx issue.

    -> How much time you are running the device?

    -> Is that happened while processing task or by doing nothing?

    -> what kind of power supply you are using?

    -> which version of firmware you are using?
