Reset e-MMC of Respeaker Core V2 ?

Hi



Having played a little too much with my Respeaker Core V2 to try to get somy python scripts to work with SNIPS on it (but without success), I’d like to reinstall it from scratch ! Is putting back in it the SD Card I used to burn the e-MMC flash memory will completely reset the whole MMC and reinstall system ? or do I need to do something else to be sure MMC has been well cleared ?

  1. You can download respeaker-debian-9-lxqt-flasher-20180801-4gb.img.xz from <LINK_TEXT text=“https://v2.fangcloud.com/share/7395fd13 … 14&lang=en”>https://v2.fangcloud.com/share/7395fd138a1cab496fd4792fe5?folder_id=188000311814&lang=en</LINK_TEXT>, then you just burn to sd card, plug the sd card back to core v2.0. It will burn the sd image to emmc directly.


  2. After the burning process, you can remove the sd card. You can check if the snips scripts gone. :slight_smile: thanks.

Thanks for confirmation and it’s what I did, and it has really deleted everything so system cleaned back :wink: Isn’t there a more recent image than the one avalaible on website ?
