@dbot Nice design! I can confirm that a fully stocked Reserver definitely needs an exhaust fan. For the moment I rely on a 120x120mm exhaust fan just lying on the top grill and the improvement this makes in temperatures is impressive.
Given that the width of the case is exactly 120mm, is there any reason you didn’t consider fitting a rounded 120x120 fan, like the Noctua NF-A12x25r? That should be more performant (or silent at the same level of airflow) than the thin 92mm fan. If not, any chance you’d be willing to make a modified design? 
Though I appreciate Seeed supplying one fan adapter cable, I agree with arcadence that it would be great if we could also buy a second one separately.
