reServer Industrial Control and UART Header Documentation

Hi,
I am having trouble finding documentation for the Control and UART Header (J8) mentioned in the reServer Industrial Reference Guide (by the way the link in the reServer Industrial wiki is incorrect, it points to the reComputer Industrial Reference Guide).
I am actually trying to change the way the reServer powers on and off, which I think is related to the PWR_BTN pin (pin 12), but I cannot find how I am supposed to use it.
Is the header only exposing some Jetson board pins or is there additional circuitry ?

For reference : here is the reply from Seeed technical support

You can connect the button to pwr_button pin and GND, and connect AUTO_ON_DIS and GND to disable auto-on.
