My rephone will be detected successfully if I connect it once. However, if I connect it to the same port, Windows says “the device has malfunctioned, and could not be recognized.” I know this is a lie, because if I connect it to a DIFFERENT USB port, it works, until I unplug/plug it back in, at which point Windows says “malfunctioning device…”
I’m all out of USB ports. 
Help?
