I have bought two sense cap two months ago and had to cancel the order. I have forwarded my bank account details and Customer services said they have sent the money and gave me a certificate in Chinese, that don’t have my bank account on it!! Spoke with the bank and showed them the certificate and they told me that the details are not there!! This was three weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. Who can help??
