Hence the problem generating the video device with Jetpack 6.2 on the J401 is an incompatibility between the J401 carrier board and the Jetson Orin Nano reference carrier board, or an issue with the Seeed Jetpack 6.2 mass flash image:

So , You do know the are NOT exact clones. Yes the Device tree and some other items are indeed different than the original. i.e. not 100% plug and play. I would give them some time to test it, now that you brought it to their attention don’t pile on other issues’ or you get no-ware fast. (stick with the compatibility) Once it’s patched correctly it should all work like the others.
