RE: BBGG, Power at 12v but what A?

Hello,

I was wondering something. How can I figure out if the barrel connector on the BBGG is center positive and what amps can I feed the BBGG at 12v with the barrel connector?

P.S. I know some people talk about current not mattering but other people say current matters. In this specific instance, w/out specific answers, I do not want to plug in a battery to my 12v barrel jack on the BBGG. Also, I wanted to make sure I did not over power the device by accident.

I don’t quite understand your question. Are you trying to get a battery on the BBGG?

Yes sir, I was going to put a 12v 1.3Ah battery on the BBGG via barrel jack. But…I am not sure if the BBGG can handle it.

What about power adapters? I have a 12v power adapter at 0.5A.
