Rainbowduino , wiring diagram

Since some days I am a lucky owner of an rainbowduino.
The examples from controlling an rainbowduino are working very well.

But I want to learn to program the Rainbowduino directly, where can I find a human readable wiring diagram (pdf).
Where can I find some easy examples for direct programming?

there are sketches for the board and a wiring diagram.

this answers the most of my questions.
