I purchased this product from Robotshop a month ago and I still can’t get it to work. I desoldered the entire board (not the led’s) using a vacuum pump desoldering station and then resoldered all the contacts again making sure that there are no cold solder joints.
And it is still not working so there must be an electronic components problem or the led’s (which I doubt) I think probably on the arduino board. In any case would I be able to get a replacement cube and I send this one back to where ever it should go?? I contacted the Robotshop and they said to contact Seeedstudio about repair or replacement!
