I have a project that I would like to be able to read RFID cards in multiple locations with a single reader.

Something line a 2 x 2 grid, able to read 4 cards. Is it possible to multiplex the antenna with something like a CMOS 4066 switched by the Arduino to select an individual antenna.

If this would be possible, how much would additional antennas cost?

Good idea! But we haven’t tested that, and Seeed is not selling the antenna separately for now.
