Does the Odyssey X86 board support QSV?
I see that it’s CPU and GPU do, however there’s no option in the boards BIOS and I cannot find anything regarding this issue.
What option you looking for?

This was a software issue, none of QSV was operational on the SEEED for streaming.
However, after adjusting the .dll’s in Open Broadcasting Software, the issue was resolved for H.264.
However, I still can’t get reliable encoding with H.265.
