Note to anyone using version 17 of the Arduino IDE. There is a bug in the hardware/cores/arduino/wiring_analog.c file that causes analog input pins 8 through 15 to not read correctly. There is a edit patch to fix this it in the below posting link and the fix will be applied automatically in the next released version of the IDE.
