Problems uploading to Seeeduino V4

Hello,

I’m using the Seeeduino V4.2 and Arduiono 1.8.15 (Windows Store 1.8.49.0) and can’t upload any code because my PC doesn’t recognize the board. This also means I don’t know if I have the proper drivers installed, and even if I didn’t, my PC wouldn’t be able to install new ones because it doesn’t see anything wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
