PIR sensor controls the relay?

Hi,
I have this PIR sensor:

I would like to control a 5VDC (or any other) relay with it. Any hints and circuit diagram?

@jksram What kind of situations do you use it in? What are the key indicators?

PIR sensor should control movement of 5 - 20 cm distance. After movement the relay must start a 16VAC motor.
The system is indoor.

@jaakkomu PIR is a motion sensor, which can detect infrared object motion up to 3 meters and you can adjust the sensitivity using the SENS potentiometer behind the sensor. with that, you can use use grove relay module to drive the 16VAC Motor.
