I started this project on Google Code:

Design:

Edit the “remote sketch” from a the Sketch Editor web page (server-side):

The Sketch Poller (client-side, on local PC) checksif the sketch
has changed, interprets it then sends the output of this interpretation
(including errors) to the Sketch Editor -
Upload the “remote sketch” in Arduino:
It is a work in progress, the upload to Arduino is not yet implemented…
