PCB cutting sub boards

Hi, I have a board design with 2.5cm10cm that must be fitted into a board 5cm10cm, meaning that i could have 2 sub boards
According to panelizing rules sub boards must be delimited by a silkscreen line.
Are the sub boards cutted or i receive the 5*10cm board and need to cut by myself?
