Package did not arrive, I don’t get an answer from the Support anymore!

I asked the support to send an inquiry to the post office, because the package seems to be miss tracked. But I don’t get an answer anymore.
Could you please forward this to the Service Support, so that I can get my Odyssey X86J4105 and build a NAS (if it’s possible with 5 HDDs and reviewing it?

The maximum is 3HDD, 5HDD, that’s too much.

@dasta2210 Happy to know that you got the package. due to Covid19 pandemic many order get delayed due countries importing policies.
