Have you received the second email we sent on Mar 21? Please kindly check the attached file. We asked if you want to change the shipping method but didn’t get a reply, so the order wasn’t cancelled and was automatically processed to ship. We contacted the logistic company but was informed that the package has been shipped and cannot be canceled,
