Odyssey X86J4105864 power issues with battery and Type C

Hello,
I just received my Odyssey X86J4105864 board and it doesn’t boot using usb type-c power delivery or if the RTC battery is connected. Is there a way to check if this is a hardware issue?

Hi, please confirm the type-c supply support PD 2.0. You can check the mark info from the power supply lable,it’s ok if marked 15V.
