Can this PC with activated Windows 10 Enterprise be upgraded to Windows 11?
I was not successful at doing this directly. I do have Windows 11 Pro installed now. That does not mean it can’t be done, just that I couldn’t do it.
My problem was that I didn’t have a proper Windows Update page available from which I could update to Windows 11. This may be unique to my system. So I did a fresh install of the most recent Windows 10 Pro build (I have a proper code for that), which has a proper Windows Update page. I then activated the Windows Preview thingy and I could update to Windows 11 Pro. There are many videos on Youtube with all sorts of workarounds.
Windows Update in Settings (recommended)
If you’re upgrading from Windows 10, we recommend you wait until you’re notified through Windows Update that the upgrade is ready for your device. To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
