I placed an order for an Odyssey X86J410564 nearly two weeks ago. When I placed the order it said the product was available, but that it wouldn’t ship until 4/8 because you were out on holiday. But since then the status of the item hasn’t changed in my account area. I sent an email to customer support yesterday, but haven’t gotten anything in reply.
Are these boards available anymore? If so, is there an update to shipping date? If they’re not available, can I cancel my order and get a refund please.

But if you’ve been selling this item for at least 5 years, I would have thought that someone could have updated my order status sometime in the past two weeks now…especially since (when I placed the order) the webpage said the item would ship on April 8th. I realize that you’re in China and I am in the US, but it’s never going to get here if it never gets shipped.
Is there any sort of estimate as to when it might actually get shipped?
It’s order number 4000032225. I see this morning that the status has been changed to “processing.” So it would appear as though something is being done.
Thanks for addressing the issue. I just wish that it hadn’t taken two weeks for something to happen, when you guys had indicated it would ship two weeks ago. And I really don’t understand why it takes nearly a week to get a response from Customer Support. As I’ve said before–I realize that you’re in China, and we’re in the US. However that doesn’t mean that someone can’t communicate with us to respond to questions regarding the order. That’s NOT good customer service.
