ODYSSEY X86J4105 w/ eMMC does not have Windows pre installed

That was going to be my plan because frankly, after extensive research, this boards does not have an onboard eMMC. It’s the $188 version, but because it took them 4 months to deliver it to me I forgot which one I bought and the box, regardless, literally says “eMMC Version Pre-Installed: Windows 10 Enterprise”. To me, that says that I bought the higher end model. Seeed needs to get on the ball w/ what packaging they use.

So next phase is to figure out how to put a OS bootable drive onto this thing. Do I do it from USB, SATA or M2? I have a free Samsung USB 3.1 & 320GB Samsung SATA 3Gbps drive. Any recommendations on which drive I can use to leverage as the bootable drive so that all I have to do is turn it on and start working? Regardless of OS
