Can I receive SMS and Calls on Windows OS using my Odyssey-x86J4105?
I need to receive SMS and calls from telecom companies like Globe, Smart, and TNT.
What do I need to be able to receive SMS and calls? Any hardware and software I need to use?

Is that absolute? Isn’t the voice and SMS functions part of the cellular card specifically? Many cellular card manufactures call out cards specifically based on whether they are Data only or Voice/Data capable.
SMS messages can be sent via AT commands in a terminal to the subsystem of a cellular card.
