Will it allow for dual usb c displays?

Do you mean can you use type C for power and display together? if so the answer is yes! You can use 1 cable to power and display (if you have a monitor that supports that).

X86 only has one USB TYPEC port. It does support dual display (HDMI and TYPEC).
