ODYSSEY-X86i51135G7 does not fit the re_server case, despite being advertised as doing so

As per the title, I purchased an i3 reserver and an i5 ODYSSEY-X86i51135G7 expecting to be able to swap them out, as the i5 reserver is no longer available.

However, the i5 board’s heatsink and fan are both too wide and too tall to possibly fit inside the reserver case without cutting the sheet metal on the back side.

@Seeed, is the i5 board supposed to be fan-less when fitted to the reserver case? Is there a conversion kit that replaces the frame? How do you get the i5 boards inside this case?

Yes, you need to remove the fan and black aluminum cover. :grinning:
