@scaasiffej B key power conventor is NB680, designed current is 3A maximum.

Just to confirm, the B key can supply 3A maximum current regardless of any other peripherals that are attached to board? (Provided that the board has enough power supplied at the input)

3.3V power rail share with LAN, Audio,EMMC and other logic device. You can disconnect Pi 40pin header’s device to gain more current.
